Booking policy

For Camping Package and Day Tours:

1. Children policy:
   – Children under 6 years old: Free of charge
   – Children from 6 to under 12 years old: 50% discount
   – Children from 12 years old and above: Adult service price
2. Payment policy: Please make a 50% payment of the service value at the time of booking to secure the service. The remaining 50% will be paid on the arrival date.

3. Cancellation policy:
   – Guests will receive a full refund for any cancellation made at least 7 days prior to the arrival date.
   – For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the arrival date, guests will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the reservation value.
   – In case of shortening or discontinuing the service midway, no refund will be provided.

For Jungle Bungalow room: 

1. Children policy:
   – Children under 6 years old: Free of charge (share meals with parents).
   – For children aged 6 to under 12, a surcharge of VN 600,000 per child will be applied (includes meals).
   – Children 12 years and older will be charged the adult rate.
   
2. Payment policy: Please make a 100% payment of the service value at the time of booking to secure the service.
   

3. Cancellation policy:
   – Guests will receive a full refund for any cancellation made at least 7 days prior to the check-in date.
   – For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the check-in date, guests will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the reservation value.
   – No refunds for no show or shortened services.

For Forest Walking Tour: The child price is the same as the adult price.

Force majeure:

If the service cannot be organized due to force majeure reasons such as natural disasters, storms, floods, earthquakes, fires, wars, terrorism, or epidemics, Blue Diamond Retreat reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the committed service. Blue Diamond Retreat will refund 100% of the service value paid by the customer but is not responsible for any other costs (e.g., travel expenses, flight tickets, etc.) outside the service.

Information Security:

Blue Diamond Retreat respects the privacy rights of each participant and only collects personal information related to the arrangement of the tour. We are responsible for keeping the collected information confidential and will only provide it to local authorities when necessary. By providing information for Blue Diamond Retreat, you consent to our use of this personal information to make and complete agreements with related services.

Good faith:

All information and advice provided directly or via email or phone regarding vaccines, climate and weather, equipment, entry visas, etc., are given in good faith to provide additional information to help you prepare for your trip. However, Blue Diamond Retreat does not take any responsibility for the accuracy of this information.
